Talya has a busy travel season ahead of her starting April. By October, she would have flown on 23 flight segments! April takes her to Phoenix (mama and papa have presentations at a conference), then Seattle/Bellingham (Grandma Lynne graduates with her MA in Counseling!). June takes her to Peru, joining Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Drew and Aunt Rachel for a fun vacation. July takes her to Singapore to visit Grandma Irene and Grandpa Edmund, and to meet many of her relatives for the first time. Then there will be a side trip to Macau, China, to hit the slot machines and bacarrat tables. August takes her to Cochabamba, Bolivia where mama supervises field work (papa tags along). October takes her to Puerto Rico. Her longest flight: Chicago-Hong Kong nonstop. Her shortest: La Paz-Cochabamba (Bolivia). Her daddy is afraid of the planes in Bolivia, but mama says it's ok, they are the best pilots in the world because they maneuver old planes over tall mountains all the time. She should know because she rode in the cockpit one time when seats were sold out.
